Once a product leaves our premium facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: We take extreme care in packaging your luxury experience. However, in the rare event that your product is damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, we will happily provide a replacement.

To claim a replacement:

1. Contact us at support@nexaselles.in within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide your Order Number and a clear video/photo of the unboxing and the damaged item.

3. Our team will verify the details and dispatch a fresh replacement immediately.
